Shiokudus!

I have this fear of running recently.. especially so after hearing news like people dying of sudden deaths after exercising and all. So just in case, anything happens I’m here to jot it down!

Just went for a ran with mom, around 1020pm on  7 June! Still on medication.. hehe and I think I just missed it!:O Ran for only 3 rounds sadly): But at least it fulfilled my desire to run after my 10km sundown run! FINALLLLLLLLLY…. despite the busy, school nights or yada yada. Oh! Especially being sick for 5 consecutive days… and having running at the back of your mind constantly. That’s a torture!

Back to running-  after first round, it got me panting real hard! Guess during then I knew I am too sick to run. Well, my excitement couldn’t contain my logical mind to say that I am too sick to run, so ha! So another 2 slow rounds and I called it quits before I drop down and (ahem). AHAHHA.

 

Good day peeps! Refreshed to do lesson plans now, haha! Maybe, next round of running would be on earlier mornings before my latest morning shifts! Alright!

I just uttered a prayer, “Lord only you can teach me how to manage a class”.

And this was what I got:) Though I don’t fully understand, but I’ve got a feeling that this was what he wants to speak to me about.

 

Aside from this, I found out today that being blood type A, there are certain things that I cannot consume! ESPECIALLY MY FAVOURITES ): Meat aka beef (gosh, I would die for this),  shitake mushrooms, DAIRY PRODUCTS (AKA MILK) goshie… And I got to measure my body composition for free today!

Surprising facts for the night:
- Low metabolism rate

- Visceral fat : 1 (lowest of the scale)

- Whole body fat : 16% (under the usual scale)

** MY BODY AGE: 18 YEARS OLD
HAHHAHAHAH. Okay, definitely joke for the day! But the nutritionist said it was fine, yah right!
